Refund policy
At Maxi Laine’s Boutique, our biggest goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we want to do everything we can to make it right!
Upon receiving your order, please look over each piece and make sure it is free of defects and all items are what you ordered ( i.e. size, color, etc). If you feel you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact out customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order at contact@shopmaxilaines.com
Return policies are as follows:
- Items can be returned for store credit only. We cannot issue refunds. An online gift card with be generated and sent via email.
- All returns must be received within 15 days of receipt of your item(s).
- Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
- Shipping is non-refundable.
- Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received
- Shipping returns and exchanges is at your expense
*Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 15-day window.
Exchanges
We are now offering exchanges for the SAME item but in a different SIZE! If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate that on the back of the return form. An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 5-7 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as a gift card code. Personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
